2.    Study the Operational needs of all locations especially for remote, factory, dealer, retailer, end customer sites and audit current processes /expenses on such sites with nil/poor connectivity.
3.    Interact with key Functions with greatest impact on Revenues, profitability & Customer Service delivery & understand current communication usage and efficiency.
4.    Audit the current architecture, expenses, security vulnerability of the Communication infrastructure with special focus on how the external (to Corporate mail system for e.g.) customers, suppliers, service providers are integrated with the Operating units/departments and also their pain points and expenses in “Total “ communication & Travel associated costs including opportunity cost benefits
5.    Audit and arrive at the overall Digital Maturity  level of Companies and recommend steps for moving this higher on the value chain fro transformative business improvements .

Deliverables:  At the end of the Consultancy assignment Shankh Inc. will deliver the following.
1.    A Detailed Report which will recommend a Communication Strategy for the Customer and list actions & projects with investments and the RoI from such projects. These projects can then be taken up for specific implementation as may be decided at that stage.
2.    In Phase 1, will implement, train and hand hold selected teams / groups to start using new IP based communication channels which are nil cost on Opex and very low costs in Capex. Will demonstrate the cost and the productivity increase that results from using new methodologies 3.    Discuss and agree on any specific functions /processes which need to be targeted first. Based on preliminary discussions I understand that providing an efficient alternative to what is presently used

In Phase I will be carrying out “Digital Forensics /Audit ” of major operations. We will provide a Communication System revamp plan.We can also work with assigned Team members to ensure seamless roll out & acceptance by all staff
